DISCLAIMER – ROYAL MAIL

In the unfortunate scenario where there are delays, or an item is lost in the post, we will try our best to rectify, but cannot accept liability for non-tracked services or delays with Royal Mail that are outside of our control. The current climate due to COVID19 has meant that they have staff shortages and delays which have created backlogs within their system, increasing their times for estimated delivery.
